Chances are you’re a seasoned pro at interviewing, but everyone can benefit from some insider tips. The below information is designed to help you prepare and bring your best self to the interview. Remember, interviews are a chance for both of us to establish if Jabian is the right place for you.

how it works

For client-facing roles, we have a four-step interview process where you’ll have the opportunity to connect with the Jabian recruiting team, some of our world-class consultants, as well as Executive Directors in your market. This consists of a skills assessment, behavioral interview and a role play exercise.

For internal roles, you will meet with leaders and peers in your functional area. In some cases, an additional assessment may be needed.

What can I expect?
Reach out to your recruiter via phone or email right away so we can assist you. You will have our contact information via email or in the meeting invite for your interview.
You will hear from your recruiter after each step of the interview process.
  • Be able to speak efficiently and eloquently to your specific experience and roles, highlighting certain projects or aspects of your role you feel would be relevant to the type of work we do.
  • Learn as much as you can about Jabian from various avenues.
  • Feel free to ask questions.
  • Be genuine and be yourself!
